Particularly you agree not to make any copy or recording of live streaming classes offered on this Site. You agree not to upload, copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute or display any content purchased or offered for free on this Site, in whole or in part, without our prior, written permission. You acknowledge that the classes are not recorded by us, using the live streaming software, and recording option is disabled for all participants.

Acknowledgment for responsibility for Risk of injury. You acknowledge that there are risks of injury or harm associated with any physical activity, including but not limited to Yoga, Pilates, Barre. If you participate in any of one on one, live, recorded or live streaming classes, use content from the Site or activities provided by us, you agree to let us know about any health conditions, including but not limited to prior injuries or pregnancy, prior to starting these activities or classes. You also agree to take sole and full responsibility for any injuries you cause to yourself or to people you exercise together with, that might arise due to using this Site or provided Service. You agree to indemnify us from any claims or liabilities related to injuries or harm resulting from any activity you partake in relation to offered Service or content found on this Site.

 

No replacement for Professional advice. You agree and understand that Service, any content, exercises or information presented or sold on this Site should not be used to constitute or replace a professional counseling, advice or therapy. Jurisdiction. Agreement in these Terms is governed by the State of Queensland, Australia. In the event that a dispute arises from these Terms you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
